Voting members (Certified and Candidate Members) in good standing with the First Nations Health Managers Association are invited to nominate members from their region to the Board of Directors.

The current regions eligible to nominate a member are Manitoba, Ontario, and Atlantic.

All nominations shall be accompanied by the signed consent of the nominated member and by the signatures of two members supporting the nomination who are certified or candidate members in good standing from the same region.

Nominees must be a voting member in good standing with the First Nations Health Managers Association. The nominees must be prepared to serve a two-year term commencing after the first board meeting following the Annual General Meeting. Information on the roles and responsibilities of the Board and those of a Director can be found at this link.

All nominations must be received by 5:00 pm (ET) on September 6, 2024 to be valid. Nominations will NOT be accepted from the floor at the Annual General Meeting. The results of the election will be presented at the Annual General Meeting.
