FNHMA is pleased to offer CORE Essentials, a foundational Health and Wellness Planning Workshop created to support those working in First Nations community health who are at the beginning stages of developing a health and wellness plan.
This 1.5-day virtual workshop will take place on March 12–13 via Zoom and is specifically designed for individuals with no formal planning experience, including those working within fixed funding agreements.
Participants will be guided step-by-step through the essential components of health and wellness planning in a supportive, interactive learning environment. This introductory workshop offers the structure, tools, and confidence needed to begin building a strong, community-driven health and wellness plan.

Community health staff and program coordinators
Individuals new to planning or formal health planning processes
