The Crisis and Support Line is a confidential service available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Sexual violence includes, but is not limited to: sexual harassment, sexual assault, rape, incest, childhood sexual assault/abuse, sexual exploitation and human trafficking.

SVNB offers a 24-hour confidential sexual assault support line for anyone affected by sexual violence, or anyone supporting someone affected by sexual violence. The support line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

A crisis support line for the Waterloo region

The 24/7 Addiction Medicine Clinician Support Line provides telephone consultation to physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and pharmacists who are involved in addiction and substance use care and treatment in British Columbia. The Support Line will connect these health care providers to an Addiction Medicine Specialist who has expertise and knowledge in addiction medicine (including emergency, acute, and community care). Consultation can include support in screening, assessment, treatment and management of substance use and substance use disorder(s).
