Course 200 - High Performing Strategic Organizations

Course 200 is the second of our five courses and provides the health manager with key insights into leadership and an assessment of their leadership situation. The lessons will cover how to effectively facilitate problem-solving and decision-making as a leader in your organization. These skills rely on the ability to work with people, to deal with change, to facilitate the development of strategy and to create implementation and evaluation plans. Moreover, the importance of the accountability of a leader in terms of policy and performance management is stressed.
