Course 200 - High Performing Strategic Organizations
Course 200 – High Performing Strategic Organizations is the second of five courses in the Certified First Nations Health Manager Program (CFNHMP). Building on the foundation established in Course 100, this course focuses on strengthening the leadership and strategic management skills needed to build and sustain high-performing organizations.
Learners will explore effective approaches to problem-solving and decision-making, while developing the skills to lead people, navigate change and translate strategy into action. The course examines strategic planning, implementation and evaluation, with a focus on creating organizations that are responsive, accountable and positioned for success.
Learners will also explore the importance of leadership accountability, policy and performance management, and how these elements contribute to organizational effectiveness.
Course 200 provides First Nations health managers with practical tools to strengthen organizational performance, lead strategic change and build healthier, more effective organizations.
