The Intensive courses provide the opportunity for networking, on-site support, group work, and enhanced discussion for an enriched learning environment. Each course will incorporate an orientation session, assignment support sessions with an FNHMA capacity developer, and ongoing guidance from your instructor.

- Organizational Culture
- Effective Teamwork
- Creating a Strategic Plan
- Implementing your Strategic Plan
- Evaluating your Strategic Plan
- Performance Measurement and Management in your Organizations
- Working with Change
- Policies
Intensive Course Fees:
- FNHMA Member: $2,300
- Non-Member: $2,875
Please note: travel and accommodations are not included in the course fee. Students will be provided with all course learning materials.

After you purchase your course, a member of the FNHMA Education will contact you to complete your registration. Students will be contacted in the event that an Intensive course does not meet the minimum registration requirements and must be postponed.
