This Fireside Chat will explore the mental health and addictions response during COVID-19 at both federal and provincial levels, examining what worked, where gaps remain, and what lessons can be carried forward. The discussion will also ask critical questions about whether similar large-scale supports exist (or should exist) for mental health services today, and how First Nations communities have been impacted by and responded to the ongoing opioid epidemic.
