REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) SUPPORT:
PATHWAYS TO BUILDING CANCER EDUCATION FOR FIRST NATIONS HEALTH
LEADERS FOR FIRST NATIONS HEALTH MANAGERS ASSOCIATION (FNHMA)
FNHMA is developing a comprehensive public health workshop focused on the First Nations
cancer journey made possible through partnership funding through the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer (CPAC). The goal of the project is to increase the capacity of First Nations health leaders by developing and implementing a comprehensive public health workshop focused on the First Nations cancer journey, including discussions related to access to screening and preventive services, while building in regional and jurisdictionally specific learning and information through workshop activities. The workshop will equip health leaders with knowledge and skills to apply to a public health approach in their programs and services that will support improved cancer care and therefore better health outcomes.
To ensure this learning continues beyond the workshop itself, FNHMA is seeking an experienced partner to guide the association in selecting an LMS that aligns with the curriculum needs. The successful bidder will not only research and recommend an appropriate platform but will also populate it with FNHMA’s completed curriculum, helping to create a sustainable, accessible learning environment for years to come.
